Just a quick update … my behind is starting to curve and have a better shape. More squats and cycling to build up my buttocks. Crunches for my tummy and shake weight for my arms. Just keep going. Change starts with you!

Bundled up in Pink and Black … Pink Tracks, Pink iPod, Pink blinged phone case, Pink lining on my runners and Pink handle on my VS tote bag. Overall outfit is in black an gray shade.
Got lots of pain here and there T-T … that should be a good thing … just not right now. Ask me again tomorrow after the pain subsided and I’d tell you it very much worth it. Right off this moment all I want is a hot bubble bath to calm my sore muscles and relax with a … no, not a glass of wine … but with a hot cup of tea.
