My Style
Pin-up Inspired Look
Whenever I hear the word vintage, Pin-up and such I get reminded of the great Dita Von Teese. Not only is she pretty and have great style she is also classy and fabulous in so many ways. With all honesty I think she can wear pretty much anything and look damn well gorgeous no matter what. There are those people who are simply born with it. Ya, how I wish I’m like that too. LOL. Despite the fact that I am only 5″1 my pocket size height doesn’t stop me from trying things. Same goes for the pinup look. Who cares if I am not as smexy, foxy and gorgeous like Dita? This is my blog so yea… I’ll do what I want. Lah. So here’a few snaps I came up with. 😛
Excuse my last shot as it shows my ever so small behind. -_-” How I wish I have a big butt like Jennifer Lopez or Kim Kardashian that would definitely be worth flaunting. Since I pretty much have a small behind I am not loosing anything by posting it here. Don’t laugh now or mock my behind. I know it’s not huge or big but oh well, that’s what I have so I have no choice but to embrace it yah. Let’s just imagine its bigger than what you saw okay? 😛 Here’s a few more snaps of how my makeup looks[excuse me for the rush but I don’t have any lashes or eyeliner, just played around with some palette] and a small brag of my growing shoe collection.
My shoe-gasm is definitely taking over! I can forever stare and when they made a meme about a Nike shoe collector stating “Bury me in my Shoes” I think I can say that too someday. Hahaha! Just kidding yah. I would love to shop all day, everyday! Except yea… we all know I am not born rich. Now I have to keep my fingers cross and bet on a Lottery and maybe I’ll become a millionaire! When that happens I’ll treat myself out of course, my friends too and loved ones but most important of all I would open my own Fashion and Beauty Boutique. That would be very nice. Ha, I am day dreaming again. But all is not lost! After all that’s why we have the internet. There’s so many bargain deals and sales going around. Just not enough money to spend.
Lately you notice I shop a lot at Forever 21 because they have like super great sales. They always have a promo for something. Sometime last week I have received an email asking where did I shop and why. Well, as I was growing up I have been shopping pretty much anywhere and some from GAP [yes, I am kind of boyish in clothes as I was growing up]. Back then I am not a big fan of prints and super bright and pastel shades and preferred Neutral colors, simple design and minimal print. Not only that, they also have great quality and style.
Hopefully you enjoyed my little ensemble share for today. Do any of you collect shoes too? Let me know! xox
