Street Style: The Night Vibe

Hello 2013! I’m quite excited this year … I have such great plans already. It’s always refreshing to welcome the New Year. It’s that time for a new beginning, wonderful opportunities to pursue and lots of chances to take. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I seriously just love starting everything from the beginning of the month [OC much?]. Anyway, for this years’ first outfit post I have decided to try out the “Night Vibe” … I knew right away it would be challenging (given that there are no proper lighting) but I also know that all challenges lead to improving my photography skills.

My ensemble for this post is very minimal … a combination of Pleather jacket over Mesh long sleeves blouse paired with white denim and high cut boots.

I have accentuated the look with a gold chunky necklace, matching gold cuff bracelet and a simple gold tone dangling earrings. I have chosen to use my black bag to avoid overpowering the look and to match my black top and footwear. This look is simple, minimal and fashionable but not too light in the eyes.

While I was out in the streets taking a couple of snaps, I have met two lovely Italian teens named Ilaria and Giulia … both are very sweet and friendly.

We exchange a few convos and despite my terrible Italian we managed to get pass the language barrier and in fact they are quite interested to get to know more about what I do as a fashion and beauty blogger. What a great night indeed.
