Okay… before anything else I want to clarify that I am not hating on XiaXue! If you’re a regular reader, or a personal friend you would know how much I love and adore her. Heck if you don’t know that I am a big fan of hers, let me tell you myself that I want to be a well known blogger like her [reference 1, 2]. As well as look gorgeous even if she’s in her mid-20’s already. I have sported blonde locks before and to date I am trying to get to that, also my web layout is highly inspired of her old web design. So— YES I love Xiaxue and this is NOT a hate post on her.

Call me a copycat and I would most likely consider that as a compliment ‘coz that would mean that I am doing okay/good on trying to resemble her. She’s like a walking talking barbie doll. 🙂

Anyway, as always I am just blog hopping and part of my typical visits is obviously to see if dear Xiaxue had made any updates. I love how she is so true to herself and is not embarrassed at all to admit she had plastic surgery and that if she dislikes someone she will say it flat out. I love her feisty, strong willed character but her last update really made me sad and at the same time hurt. WHY you asked? Because of her comment about Adele. Because I really feel like it shouldn’t just be pointed alone to her.

What I am trying to say is that a person’s thought or opinion can only go so far depending on how people react to it. If it doesn’t affect many [good or bad] it would most definitely be ignored… but if they think it is in a way relevant, all of a sudden people would make it relevant and even trending. Just like when Rebecca Black had hit it her single “Friday” which I hishly dislike. So if we are going to blame anyone, it us the people who made it that way. Not just one person.

Xiaxue definitely pointed out her thoughts well. I just wished she didn’t just pointed it all towards Adele. Yes, I also love Adele hence the blog post about this. I have seen the quotes all over tumblr, supposedly quoting Adelle for making mock comments but I highly doubt that all of it is true. I am just trying to point out that these so-called quotes may not really be from Adelle and had been made up by bloggers who wants to make some meme or puns.

Is she trying to say that somehow, if she were to show her boobs and her bum now (no thanks) that immediately her music will become a pile of shit?

I honestly feel like she just wants to share good music without the need to show off some skin. Bringing in her music to listen to [which is what it is intended for] and not just to feast on [which is meant for music videos] is something I totally commend. True that she is justifying herself in some ways but this is very common to any celebrities or anyone at all. We all have tendencies to justify but I highly doubt that she meant to INSULT anyone. With that I really believe the following quote is not from Adele.

Another thing, mag covers of Adele are highly photoshopped. I honestly thought Xiaxue would see this one out. Adele cannot control how the Magazines would process the pictures, and even made news all over that some mags are overdoing it because Adele is trying to share to the world the beauty of her music [not for eyes] so it is unnecessary to give her a whole photoshopped look. But obviously, we all know already how that turned out. Cussing over one person when the whole problem address the whole society is what gets to me. I really see Xiaxue as someone I can look up to and I just wished she can address this more in general.

Yes, I made a whole blog entry about how I feel after all isn’t that what blogging is all about? Share your own thoughts and point of view. To simplify my message, I just wish that she wouldn’t weigh all this on Adele from the quotes floating all over the www. Another thing is that Adele is not FAT, she started loosing weight and when she used the term “curves” even if it is just another way of saying FAT she still did not use that exact word. Not all people can control how their body is built and Adele is just sharing her point of view.

Last but not the least, I will always adore and love Xiaxue just had to bring this up because I think of her highly and may just be able to reach her and help her see things in a different perspective.
