Review: Dr. Max Powers for Stretch Marks
Today, we’re going to discuss a topic that most women prefers to dodge and ignore. What else could it be? Weight, Diet and the whole nine yards that is related to it. Being a middle-aged woman I have experienced weight gain, weight loss like how I wash and wear my clothes. Pretty much it’s a roller coaster ride for me and I’m sure many women feels exactly the same way I do. Feeling great when I shed off a few pounds and obviously irritated whenever I gain it all back. The dreadful part is, if it leaves a souvenir… stretch marks! It’s every woman’s nightmare. It’s horrible to look at and even more nastier if it’s showing on areas that are easy to spot! Since Summer is just around the corner I thought this is the perfect time to talk all about it to give y’all readers some time to prepare your beach bods!
For sure most of you have tried many products already whether it’s for loosing weight, keeping stubborn cellulite in place, skin firming or for trying to minimize the visibility of stretch marks. I admit I am one those product junkies who never gets tired to keep on trying. I just want to find a product that actually works or if possible to be better than my other ones. The only way to find that out is to try. Recently I have started using Dr. Max Powers Stretch Mark Intensive Treatment.
This product is very easy to use. It is only needed to be applied once every 24 hours [day]. The moment I popped the jar open I have noticed right away its minty smell. Honestly I am not a big fan of it. If you’re a regular reader you would know I prefer the powder or fresh like scent or no scent at all. But of course I still went ahead to trying it, if it works then I don’t mind smelling minty. Which is also why I have chosen to apply it at night before sleeping so I don’t have to deal with the scent and let the product do its work while I sleep. I have taken a picture almost two weeks apart wearing the same outfit so it is easier to spot the difference…

As you can see on the picture, after using the product religiously the stretch mark on my thigh is less visible! Of course the marks did not completely vanish, but it definitely did a good job diminishing the dark stretch marks on my thigh. I can totally say I am absolutely impressed. I wasn’t even sure if it will work so I just kept doing it every night. If this keeps working the marks on my thigh would be looking a lot better in one month. That also means I don’t have to be so conscious when I am wearing a swimsuit. I’ll keep y’all posted and I am hoping by summer I can actually wear a two piece bikini instead of a monokini. Did this product work and remove the stretch marks completely? I have been using it for a month now and there is some improvement but my stretch marks are still very visible.

02/16/2016It does work and I suggest buffing the area with a loofah / body brush to flake and remove dead skin cells prior to applying the product for better absorption.
