I’ve been meaning to post a tutorial that features a Japanese Gyaru/Gal style makeup, and finally I was able to do so. Yay me! I tried my best to simplify the steps and I hope it would be easy for ya’ll to follow. This is a tutorial focusing on large dark eyes and pale lips.
