Lulz at the title, it meant “I am Beautiful”. I really can’t think of anything creative. As obvious as it may seem, I love sporting blondish hair. I have tried it numerous times already and I will never get tired of it. Actually, if my memory serves me right the first time I have sported blonde locks I have been referred to as an asian barbie which had contributed to my online nickname Korean Doll. It sounded cute and appropriate so it immediately became my fave. alias. Since then I refer myself as a Korean Pinay Doll as I am a mix of both Filipino and Korean race. As a matter of fact, I don’t know anyone of my age who have the same mix as I do. I have asked my boyf if I can bleach my hair to blonde this time but he still refuses as he likes dark hair better. Exactly a year ago at this time I was just about to dye my blonde hair to black as obviously boyf requested for it. I love my locks and have spent a loooong time in the salon to get my hair done only to dye it dark after a few months. Sigh. The things we do to please and make our love ones’ happy. Oh well. Anyway… I have decided to buy myself a wig since I can’t bleach my hair to platinum blonde. Here’s a few snaps of me wearing the wig…

I love the song “Beautiful” by Christina Aguilera and no matter what I will always believe I am beautiful no matter what. We all have different characteristics that makes us unique. I have nothing againts having dark hair or whatever. I have seen a lot of people bashing xiaxue for going blonde and such, so I am already noting ahead that I am simply sharing my love for blonde locks and the only reason I can give is that I look extra pretty and to be honest it makes me feel like a princess, or angel like / fairy. Lame but it’s the truth. So I don’t care if any haters would say otherwise.
…and of course I immediately showed boyf how the blonde wig looks on me. His exact words were “I’m not going to lie, it looks good on you. You look lovely…as always.” that was indeed sweet, and I thought that was my cue to try and convince him again about having my hair bleached so I tried…
Me: So I can dye my hair blonde?
Boyf: What?
Me: I said… can I dye my hair blonde now?
Boyf: Huh? I can’t understand what you’re saying…
Me: LMFAO fine… I get it now. 🙁
Silly goose pretending he can’t hear or understand so he doesn’t have to say NO. Pft! Oh well. But I didn’t give up. I asked if I can dye it to a darker shade than platinum blonde. He said OK. Great! I got a box of ash blonde then. HA! I just hope my hair doesn’t turn orangey. If it does I’ll just have to wait 3-4 weeks and I’ll dye it darker. So what do you guys think?

you do look gorgeous! i wish i am as adventurous as you when it comes to coloring my hair…i almost always go for the reddish/maroon dye. with my black hair it isn’t that obvious..lol. a former classmate married his Korean girlfriend a few years back…and they’ve got cute kids! 🙂

Blonde hair can be really fun! I normally have some sort of blonde in my hair at any given moment although right now it’s just all red. I only use extensions though when I put blonde in my hair… Bleach is awful! X[

He doesn’t mind I dye my hair as long as it isn’t too light like platinum blonde. LOL. Yea he cracks me up at times. 😀 My natural hair had long been gone as my hair had been bleached before and will never go back to the way it was. LOL
