Rouge Bunny Rouge Aqua Primer Prelude in the Clouds

Primer? Got it! Yes … I definitely recommend using a makeup primer before applying your makeup. I am currently using Rouge Bunny Rouge’s Aqua Primer prelude in the clouds. I totally love the quality and how it keeps my face hydrated.
