The Funnest Girl in the World

By  |

With celebrities sporting different hair-styles and color, the pressure to try and keep up with the latest mane trend is definitely on. We all want to look fabulous and have beautiful, healthy hair. So how do the celebs do it? Some people immediately assume that it will be difficult to achieve the same look or will be too expensive to maintain. But with the new collection from Garnier Color Styler, anyone can achieve up to 5 different temporary bold shades for any mood – Pink Pop, Purple Mania, Bronze Attitude, Blue Burst and Red Temptation. Basically it’s the funnest hair color ever!

Say goodbye to daydreaming of having rainbow colored hair, or wishing you could have a wild dip-dyed ombre (that is just impossible to wear to work) … with Garnier Color Styler there’s no commitment. On average it lasts just a few washes. From streaks and highlights, to ombre and dip-dyed tips, Garnier Color Styler makes it possible to achieve a glorious celebrity look all by yourself using a clay-based, pigmented formula that creates a thin color-coat on the surface of the hair fiber without inflicting damage. Sound amazing? Definitely!

Can you guess which color I have always wanted to try? I’ve always wanted to try purple unicorn hair and of course a flaming red hair style.

The application is downright easy. Use on dry hair and no need to rinse to achieve the desired look! Check out the following steps:

1. Shake the bottle vigorously with the cap on for about 5 seconds.
2. Make sure your hair is dry and untangled.
3. Put on the gloves provided in the pack.
4. Section out the hair you want to color.
5. Squeeze a few drops of the product directly onto the tips of your gloved finger.
6. Spread the product between your fingers by rubbing them together.
7. Apply in a downward motion directly to the hair while smoothing the hair.
8. Let the product dry thoroughly, then comb through using either a wide tooth brush or comb until your hair is smooth.
9. If you made a mistake, apply hair oil to help remove the color quickly.

All done! Enjoy your new hair color.

… and now for the results!

Feeling like a fabulous unicorn … and you know, just enjoying a cup of tea on a beautiful day.

My Flaming Red Streaks

Since Color Styler is just for streaks and color accents, to achieve a dramatic red look, I added a lot of red streaks to really make the color pop. What’s really great is that you can add as much as you want. Check out my fabulous look below! (PS: The red highlights/streaks on my hair were achieved about 2-3 days after having my purple dip-dyed ombre … that’s how easy it is to use!)
