Inspire Someone, Pass it On
That’s right. We all have a strong side and a weak side. In my perspective, the only way we can stay on top if we help each other out. No man is an island. We can’t do everything all on our own. Sure, there are things we feel its is best if we do it ourselves. Except that will not always be the case. One way or another, we will need some help on some other task.
As a fashion and beauty enthusiast, I strive to improve on all aspects. Even engage myself on healthy conversation and interaction with friends and co-bloggers. As most of you know, I am also trying to practice a healthier lifestyle. My bff Raz is pursuing the same ideals as I do and I just love it when I have someone I can bounce off ideas with. Recently, we were texting each other off viber and found out we were under the same workout plan of Jillian Michaels ripped in 30.
As I get further down my workout, it became essential that I keep myself comfortable. That way I can last longer on my workout routine. Having the most comfortable shoes for women is a big plus factor as my I don’t feel like I am putting all my weight on my feet. The soreness was cut off by half right after I got the proper shoes for working out. I have also made a switch from the thin workout mat to a thicker one for better back support. As of now I am trying to keep up with my every other day routine and stretch my sore muscles every other day that I don’t workout. Eventually I am hoping I can then do it on a daily basis. Motivation will get me there. I just know it.
