My Style

The Gyaru Barbie

By  |

Hello beautiful gals! Yep, if you have noticed I have used the word “gal” referring to women who goes for Gyaru style look. For those of you who are regularly reading my updates and blabber you would be very familiar already of my fascination with Gyaru. I did make a few looks with the said style and even made a simplified makeup tutorial version. I am well aware that I am not a pro but I am trying my best to improve how I do my “Gyaru” style. Today I have came up with a new style which involves my blonde wig. *yea*

Since Gyaru are originally from Japan, I came up with a simple layered outfit ensemble. Not much like that of the Japanese styles so please don’t blame me if I didn’t do the style justice. Next time I promise to make a glam version that will surely be Japanese like. My current ensemble consist of my dressy cosmic shirt, layered with a polo shirt and leggings. I matched it with my red bottoms beige shoes, hoops earrings for accessories and my lovely new Vintage Quilted Clutch with Bobble Lock from Oasap. Check out the pictures I took for this ensemble.

If it still isn’t all that obvious yet —I did enjoy this ensemble a lot. When I started reviewing the shots I took I could hardly believe I took about 80+ pictures in just a few minutes! >.

Verdict: The shipping was really fast and reliable. It got here in about 2 weeks and was carefully packaged in an envelope with bubble wrap lining. Very fast service and reliable customer service. They’re very responsive and informed me right away when my first item was no longer available in the inventory. The site is very user friendly and easy to navigate around on.

Overall: Totally love the quality and I can say Oasap is now one of my top fave. shops! Highly recommended and is definitely worth the money for their products.

FTC: The Vintage Quilted Clutch with Bobble Lock was sent to me for review purposes by Oasap.com. Also, I’m not getting paid for the review I have made for this product. I’m not affiliated with any of the companies/brands mentioned. This is my honest opinion.

My name is Angela Ricardo Bethea and I am the founder and editor behind KoreanDoll.net ( and many other online publications ) ... I love the finer things in life, I'm quite a shop-a-holic and a certified jet-setter. So if I am not behind my laptop to blog, I'd probably be shopping if not traveling.
